This citation template has been developed to ensure that information on the wiki is verifiable, and therefore any user may question an un-cited claim by inserting a {{Citation needed}} tag.

Examples:

This sentence displays the template.{{Citation needed|reason=Reliable source needed for the whole sentence|date=January 2015}}
This sentence displays the template.^{[citation needed]}

Notes:

The |date= parameter should be added by the editor.
The |reason= parameter is optional but often helpful.
