Shigeru Chiba (born 04 February 1954) is a Japanese actor and voice actor born in Kikuchi, Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan. He is currently affiliated with 81 Produce and is the director of C&O Actors Studio in Sumida, Tokyo, Japan. He provides the voices for Pilaf and Raditz.
