Dr. Slump: Run, Senbei-san! was programmed by a 19-year-old named Takashi Goto from Hyogo Prefecture:[1]

作者:後藤貴士。19才。兵庫県出身。現 在、同県在住。専門学校在学中。マイコ ン歴6年。とにかく楽しいゲーム作りを こころがけました。アラレちゃんのテー マソングをBGMに、ペンギン村の住人 を総出演させました。御期待下さい。


Creator: Takashi Goto, 19. Born in Gunma prefecture, where he currently lives. Currently enrolled in a vocational school. Has a six years of experience with microcomputers, but what he really strives to do is creating fun games. He converted Arale-chan's theme song into a suitable format and incorporated all of Penguin Village's residents into the game. He hopes you enjoy it.
