The next issue is due to be released on 21st right? Maybe we got the confirmation on which transformation truly is by there. I saw the image from Heroes game some pages back and both Goku and Vegeta looked awesome in their older transformation with the new outfits.

Frost is massively stronger than cabba. Isn't it mentioned somewhere that frost is the emperor of U6? I believe only hit is stronger than frost.

Being an emperor, doesn't mean he's the strongest in his universe.
Freeza was a emperor too and after Namek arc, there was a lot of people stronger than him.

Well I did say after Namek arc. I'm counting with: Goku, Future Trunks, Vegeta, A16, C17, C18, Piccolo, Gohan, Cell, Kaioshins, Dabura and Buu.
Beerus, Whis and Monaka joined the club now. And Goku/Vegeta are the only ones of that list that can beat him now.

Emperor is just a title, which don't always mean that person is the strongest.
Take the Gods as example. Kaioshins for example, turnt out to be weak when compared to Goku, Vegeta and Gohan.

Not everyone wants to be an Emperor or a God either. Goku was the strongest after 23TB, and he refused to become Earth's God.

As for Frost, I still believe that the 3rd form is actually his 2nd form and he still has another form after his "final form" which is going to be quite strong, I'm guessing.

Now with the new chapter I think things might will play this way:

Goku vs. Frost = Goku loses but Frost is worn out
Piccolo vs. Frost = Frost finger flicks
Vegeta vs. Frost = Vegeta beats a weakened Frost
Vegeta vs. Magetta = Vegeta wins easily
Vegeta vs. Cabba = Vegeta wins with medium difficulty
Vegeta vs. Hit = Vegeta is beated to a pulp
Monaka vs. Hit = Monaka loses horribly

4 matches for vegeta? That's overkill. 4 "continuous" matches for vegeta, , unbearable.

Vegeta fans would be in ecstasy with that much screentime lol
