A girl that is 10 and has fully developed breasts is very rare under normal circumstances or has a growth disease. Also a mother that has problems seeing her daughter's breasts/naked considering she took care of her as a baby should be the real problem. Now if Pan would be like 20+ or whatever and even in that case many people do not care.

Then how was that deer capable of getting milk from then, then? Sine you've actually watched GT, would be nice to hear some closure on that. I know, I know I'm just overacting...

It's a joke I understand but you do know that even if a girl has fully developed breasts they don't start milking?
If they are pregnant then their milk glands start to activate, not before that..
So when one morning your girl tells you her breasts are sore, that might be a good time to run

I thought this was theCHAMBA's art for a second. The coloring styles are similar, at least in this piece. Looks very cool nonetheless.

The GT thing was just a very inappropriate supposedly funny scene, just like Pan hiding they keys from Trunks in her shirt. And fully developed breasts are no lactating breasts. Pan does not have either of them even if her breasts might be there a bit. I cannot add more than Ki Breaker already said.
