English Dub blu ray cover

Looks neat, but too empty imo.

Also why has my avatar been changed to a random weird Vegeta fan art? I'm sure I didn't do it myself. Have I been hacked?

I like the angle, but it still looks really boring.
Also, I can't tell if Goku is smiling or just gritting his teeth angrily.

I've not really kept track, but has it been a while since Shida showed up on Precure?

That's what I thought, has he shown up on anything else recently?

He provided some key animation in EP 774 of One Piece.

That was in January, I mean like April or even this month.

Not that I'm aware of, but he's storyboarding episode #34 of Digimon Appli Monsters, which is about two weeks away.

So that's something he would have done a while back then. I wonder what he's working on right now, hopefully Super.

I think in terms of Precure, there's at least two more pieces of bank animation to be shown off the next few weeks. They're pretty small, though. And considering Shida already did the "big" one to last for the next few months, I'm not sure if he'd do another.
I could have gotten into anything...and yet I chose the story aimed at young Japanese boys about martial arts, and later about super-powerful aliens punching each other really hard.

God, so many of these newer release covers look like flat Deviant Art fanart. So lame, though it's more-so due to yamamuro's designs than it would be anything else. Can we please get a new Mr. Dragon Ball?

I also really wish We had a site like this to show the Blu ray corrections.

Preview image for #91.

With Yashima set to supervise, I imagine this is 2nd KA from someone like Yokoyama.

It's funny and sad how good this could look without those highlights.

When the contrast is right the highlights look fine I think. It varies from scene to scene, they seem to customize the post processing for each scene, the above might even be before the post processing.

The filter is so hard to notice in comparison to how it started. Do you guys think it's at its best now ?

I made a bet with Alee9977 that Vegeta won't be beaten quickly by an opponent. If I lose, I switch my avatar to Vegeta getting beat by hit. If I win, he switches it to Vegeta holding Black by his hair. This will last a month.

I think that might be cause of the different skin color

Yes, because that filter hurt my eyes for the first couple of episode. It's like someone went crazy with the color burn. Now, it's just the right amount.

Goku barely took a backseat in the Buu saga, at best he took a leisurely stroll round back while everyone else cried for him to come back.

So excited about this week episode.
Not only is another Shimanuki episode, but we also have Yamazaki Hideki from Bones as Animation Supervisor for the first time.

Don't know anything about him, but Bones is one of my favourite anime studios so whenever we get staff from there I get happy.
Especially when this guy worked in various episodes of shows like Boku no Hero Academia, which seem to be fantastic (waiting for Season 2 to end to finally jump on that train.).

Yes. To the point it's hard for me to see a DBS episode without it now.
I hope Nagamine Tatsuya and Nakamura Ryota stay as DBS directors for a long time, because I fear when they leave the filter may go with them.
A world without Dragon Ball is just boring.

Favourite old DB Animators: Masaki Sato and Tadayoshi Yamamuro
Favourite new DB Animators: Yuya Takahashi and Chikashi Kubota

Yuta Murano joined thanks to Nagamine, and never thought he would do any Dragon Ball work. Nagamine's involvment is insane!
