By hero I meant a player avatar. Genome was a villain in Victory Mission but he is still an avatar.

Iirc, in the story, Chamel works for Demigra but just so he can fight strong people, so he's basically a demon version of Goku.

Welcome friend, don't know about your first question but about the what if stuff while there are a lot of new characters and forms, they don't normally get too crazy to give that much attention to characters who had barely any significance in the series, even though it's funny you mention Paragus because as far as i know he is actually a pretty popular character in the game, everytime they do a poll for favourite character's he's always in the top 20, don't know why but this is truth so i won't be surprised to see him getting a new form at some point, at the end of the day you never know what Heroes will come up with next and that's what is so fun about it.

Freeza's 10 finger Death Beam is already in the game? Wow. I'm guessing that's something that was planned a long, long time ago, or potentially was even from Toriyama himself or something, since the 3 GoDs we saw fight the very next episode after Freeza did that move don't have their moves from that fight.

No, that's a form caused by the Dark Dragon Ball reacting over his body. Turles also has a form due to the object attached onto him. It's not a "third form".
