What Origin movies would you want to see

Nothing to do with Super I guess, but I'd like to see an origin movie about the Saiyans (sorta like the new movie) AND the Tsufuru/Tuffles . Maybe you can throw Bardock in there too as the main protagonist for the first half of the movie. Not "Episode of Bardock" Bardock, not "Dragon Ball Minus" Bardock, but just regular ol' Bardock from the Father of Goku movie where he's not fanwanked over or does any amazing, legendary feats in the movie. We'd just follow him around watching him doing asshole Saiyan things like the asshole Saiyan he is while exploring the Saiyan/Tsufuru dynamic. The second half of the movie would be a re-imagining of GT's Baby Saga, ultimately culminating in SSJ4 Goku vs Baby where they can fix the shit parts of the Baby saga and make it even better.

It'd be a neat alternate reality movie.

Sorry that i could not complete this idea on the Day I planed, it took me longer than I though.

3: The Story of Piccolo and Muten Roshi

This time around it would be an atleast 2 hour plus Movie, containing some ideas users in this thread already mentioned, like a Movie about the Namekians and their climate catastophe and the life of the nameless namekian, a Movie about young Roshi or a movie that shows Mutaitos fight with Piccolo. Since the stories of Piccolo and Muten Roshi are pretty much connected it would be make sense to make an combined origin story Movie for the two, which would be long enough to flesh out their backstories. There are also some ideas i heard from other DB fans. The first half of the Movie would start on Planet Namek before its climate catastrophe. We would get to see how its civilisation and there culture was like before, and the Planet would have much more varied locations and landscapes on it, consisting out of serveral lush forests, oceans, mountains, towns, and villages. Its civilization would be very advanced and the technology of its people would be powered by solar energy extracted by the 3 Suns of the Planet, which ensures an never ending Day on the Planet. There would be Female Namekians at this point in time which would also be devided in both Warrior, Dragon and other types that existed back then on Namek. They would be able to reproduce sexually, the way Humans and mammal Animals do it, which appearance would have elements of both their Parents, but sometimes they would give birth to malformed mutated examples that would look like the Demon Namekians from the Piccolo Arc and would have neither the high strengh of Warrior types, nor the magical abilitys from Dragon type Namekians. In very rare cases they would also give birth to albino Namekians who always had to wear cloaks outside of their Houses to protect them from sunlight. Dragontype Namekians however would, thanks to their superior magical powers have the Ability to repruduce asexually by laying Eggs they create in their Bodys. This examples would normally be genetic clones of the single parent who lays them, but their appearance could be magically altered by him/her while he/she lays the Egg. The Planet would be ruled by its 7 elders who each of them would guard one of their Dragon Balls in his House. Their society would still be mostly peacefull and pure hearted, but in contrast to their Future counterparts, there would also be some Namekians which hearts became impure, mostly the mutated and albino ones. Though they were accepted by the normal Namekians they would often feel bitter for being different and their genetic shortcommings, many of them would be jealous of the normal Nameks. One of the Elders would be Katas, a brialliant scientist who invented the namkekian spacetravel. The Story would start in Age 242 with the birth of Katas´s Son, who would teach him all the things i told you here, serving as exposition for the audience. 19 Human years later in Age 261 rumors would spread across Namek about cloaked albino Nameks meeting with mutated Nameks, and about some mutated Nameks who were seen having strange M symbols on their foreheads. The Elders feared that might be part of an bad Omen. Some time after this, the horrible climate shift began which caused a storm which destroyed many of the life giving plants, which caused a drought. The Elders took their Dragon Balls to an isolated altar and summoned their Dragon Purunga. They tried to wish the climate back to its, original state but the Dragon was unable to do so since the climate was changed by Magic more Powerfull than his current creator. In this moment, persons in the cloaks of albino Nameks would appear behind the Elders accompanied by mutated Nameks with Ms symbols on their foreheads. The Elders would sense the Evil in those Persons and the smallest one of them would reveal himself to being no namekian at all but actually the Wizard Babidi, who did take control of the impure mutated and albino Nameks which became stronger through his evil Magic. The cloaked Person beside him would reveal himself to also be not a Namekian, though he would look kind of similar to one. He would be a Demon named Garlic from the Makyo Star, and be the right hand of Babidi at that time. Babidi starts to extord the Elders that he will restore the original climate of their Planet if they grant him his wish to free Majin Buu out of his Egg hidden on Earth. The Elders refuse and Babidi kills one of them on the spot. After this Katas agrees to grant his wish, but actually wishes to be transported to his Son. Babidi gets pissed and orders the mutated & albino Nameks he controlls to kill the elders, which they succed in a fight thanks to the increased strengh from Babidis Magic and their nummers. Meanwhile Katas puts his Son into his Spaceship so that he can Escape from the Planet. He creates magically a later which he gives his Son before he flys of into Space. Meanwhile Babidi orders one of the controlled Nameks to grant his wish, but in the last second Katas appears and destroys Porunga, which turns the Dragon Balls into stone. Then Katas shoots a Ki Blast at Babidi which he stops with an Shield, but this attack was just for distraction which Katas uses to fly away in order to warn the other Namekians. Angryly Babidi orders Katas to be killed and Garlic follows him and kills Katas in a brief fight. Babidi then sees no use anymore in his Namekian lackys and kills them. After that he returns to his Spaceship where his Minnions wait for him and leaves the Planet, leaving the population of Namek to their horrible Fate. He then orders Garlic, to search the Northern Galaxy to find Energy big enough to awaken Buu, while he searches in the other parts of the Universe. One to Two months later the Spaceship with Katas Son on it would be Forces to land on Planet earth, on a lonely and isolated Place, the Yansubit plateau. It would crashland there which would cause the young Namekian to loos his memory. The only clue he had would be the letter his Father gave him who stated that he and his Mother would come pick him up soon. After this a montage would follow that showed the years he waited there for his parents to come. After those years he left the plateau and explored the World. At that time animal and monster type Humans didn´t lived together with ordinarily Humans and mostly weren´t accepted by then. The earth People were very different than the peace loving Namekians that behavier it was familiar with subconsciously. He were discriminated by most of them he met and formed an disliking for them. After he witnessed a cold blooded war which had many casualties, he started really to hate them, which brought his pure heart out of balance. Meanwhile the scenario changes to a Kingdom where a portal to the Demon Realm is located in the forest. This section of the Demon Realm is ruled by Shura and his minnions. Shura gets visited by Garlic who asks him to open the Portal to earth since the Planet has a very hight population of billions of people, which combined energy might be enough to awake Buu. He plans to counquer the Planet and to drain the energy of the entire population with the help of his demonic forces. But Shura warns him that the current God of the Earth is very Powerfull, much more powerfull than Garlic himself. And that he would have no chance to conquer the Planet as long as he is alive. Because of this Garlic makes another Plan, his Goal is to become an aprentice of the God of Earth and gain his trust, so that he chooses him as his successor. That way the World will be already his, and it will be way more easy to drain the People after the previus earthern God died. He casts a Magic spell to conseal his Demonic nature and the M symbol from Babidis control. After that he enters Earth in search of the Palace of the earthern God. The scenario changes back to Katas Son who had now been on earth for alomst 200 years in which he sometimes returned to the Yunsabit plateau. At age 431 he traveld to the sacred land of Karin, where a huge Tower is located that wakes his interests. At the Tower a small Village is located. Its inhabitants were surprislingly nice to him and told him about the legend of the Guardian of the Tower and the magical water which increases ones streangh. They also tell him that a not a long ago a Person who looks quite similar to him came and climbed the Tower who was never seen again. This made Katas Son curios he wanted to know if this Person was of the same race as him. He climbed the Tower and found Karin sama on top of it. He easely catches the Cat and drinks the Magical water but is a bit diapointed when he hears that it was just ordinary water. He asks Karin Sama about the Person who looks similar to him. Karin tells him its a man named Garlic, who looks kind of like him but has Blue skin and no antennas. He did go to the Palace of the earthern God and became his servant. Katas son asks who he can find the Palace of this God, and Karin shows him the top of his Tower where a seemingly endless Red Staff sticks right into the Sky which connects Karin Tower with the devine Palace. Katas Son tells him that he searches for a purpuse in his lonely life and wishes to also become a servant of the earthern God. After sensing that he has no bad intentions Karin allows him to visit the Palace and gives him a small bell as a symbol for this. But he warns the Namekian that the earthern God will test him on the way to his Palace if he is worthy. Katas Son then flys upwards to the Palace and on his way, gets hit by serveral Thunders which he can withstand however. In the end he reaches the lookout and meets there the God of Earth in his Palace. The earthern God congratulates him for his strengh and that he could withstand his Thunderstorm that contained only a fraction of his true Power. The son of Katas then became a new servant for the earthern God and got to know his other servants. One of them was Garlic from which Katas Son already heard about. Garlic seemed to be always nice and friendly and was always diligent, helpfull and never complained about anything. Katas Son never really liked him and he himself never really did know why. Even though he seemed to be a very nice guy, and neither Karin sama nor the earthern God could sense something bad in his mind, he felt something was off about him. The other servant was Mr. Popo a being from the afterlife send to earth to be the attendant of each succesive Gods of the Planet. He wasen´t very strong physically but had the Abillity to copy the strengh of his enemys when he is within the place he´s bound to guard. But he is unable to copy the Power of Gods and Demons. Katas Son liked Popo quiete well and did often have sparing matches with him.

Here starts the second half of the Movie

The second part of the movie focussed on the young Muten Roshi and how he attends the Martial Arts School of Master Mutaito. He would be the Son of a famous Martial Artist who by himself managed it to life for hundreds of years, his Mother on the other hand would be a Witch who increased her life span with the help of a magical Lifeelixer she made. His sister Uranei Baba did step into the footsteps of their Mother and became also a Witch. She was already around 200 years old when her Brother was born and they never had the best relationship. Roshi on the otherhand did step into the footsteps of their Father and became a Martial Artist. Both he and the Crane Hermit would be Friends at the beginning and both of them would attend the Dojo of Master Mutaito. Even though they were Friends they would also be rivals and get often into arguments with each other and Roshi would often be jeales of Crane since he would fare better than him in many trials their Master gave them. The Movie would show how Mutaito teaches them the Basics of Ki control and how they and the other Students would struggle to learn it. In their Teenage years both of them would in their freetime adopt a Pigdeer and gave it the name, Inushikachu. Both of them loved the animal, but after it had grown to big, it made them nothing but trouble, so they had to set it free. After that Crane became more arrogant and jerkish over time and their Friendship broke eventually. They started to dislike each over and their at first friendly rivaly became bitter. Over time Crane invented the flying technique which not even Mutaito was able to do and he became a high ranking student of him because of this. He himself got a groupe of lackeys and did often brag about his feats right into Roshis face. He and his lackeys would also secretly study the forbidden and lifedraining technique, Kikoho. Which was a very Powerfull Ki technique which could cost its user his/her life if he/she used to much power in it. Over time Roshi became perverted and was often spying on bathing Girls. In Age 448, when Roshi was 18 he did fall in love with a Girl named Fanfan but who didn´t think much of him. She was at first the Girlfriend of the Crane Hermit but soon did break up with him. The spoiled Crane Hermit who was used to get what he wanted coulden´t accept this. He kidnaped her and forced her to be with him. Roshi who saw this would try to save her but got heavenly wounded by Crane. Both he and Fanfan get saved in the last Minute by Mutaito, and Crane Hermit and his lackeys got very hard punished by him. Crane even gets degraded from his high rank to that of an beginning Monk again and is very ashamed off himself. Fanfan then becomes Roshis Girlfriend and spends her time with him. Two years later, Mutaido did send all of his Students exept for Crane Hermit and his lackeys on a Journey to explore the World and find inner strengh. On his journey, Roshi found eventually Karin Tower and did also hear about its Legend and the two People who climbed the Tower many years ago and never returned. He Himself did take on the task to climb the huge Tower and managed it with his last strengh. He found Karin Sama who told him about the other two that became the servants of the God of Earth. In comparison to Katas Son who got the Water in mere seconds, Roshi had a very hard time to even following Karin Sama. One night were Roshi was sleeping deeply, Karin Sama visited the devine Place and told the God of Earth and his servants about the young man who tried his best to get the magic water that was none. This sparked the interest of Katas Son who asked the earthern God to lend him one of his Crystal Balls so that he can watch the young man how he tries to get the water. He who got the water without even trying saw how completly different it was when someone way weaker tried the same task. He now began to understand how the concept behind the fake magical water worked, and what a great training method it was for the Humans. After 3 years Roshi finally managed it to get the magic water. He first was shocked when he heard that the water he struggled 3 years to obtain, was just ordinary water. But these 3 years he struggled to get it made him much more powerfull than he was before them. Karin Sama gave him a flying cloud as a farewell prensent and since Muten Roshis youthfull pervertedness vanished over the years, he was actually able to fly with it. He returned to Mutaitos Dojo where he was happenly reunited with Fanfan and his Master. The Crane Hermit became a whole new Person in those 3 years, he was now a noble and honorable Fighter and apologized by Roshi for what he did back then. Roshi forgave him and both of them became friends again and trained together. In age 461, the Scenario changes back to the devine Palace where the earthern God tells his servants that his lifespan is running out and that even his Power was reduced over the last years. He tells them that he will probably die in less than a year and that he needs to find a succesor before it happends. Since Popo can only be a servant the only ones quallefied for the Job would be Katas Son or Garlic. Garlic is already sure that he will get the Job, since he is the only one who created an magical fake pure hearted Aura around himself. The Son of Katas alone asks the earthern God if he can become his succesor, but the earthern God refuses, telling him that he has, deep inside of him evil thoughs about the Humans, while Garlic seems to have no evil in him at all and not even any sellfish desires. Katas Son tells him then that Garlic can´t be trusted and that his always good nature looks too perfect to be realistic. The earthern God agrees that this trait about Garlic is indeed strange but that he cannot give the Job to someone in which he senses something evil. He tells him only if he could cast out the Evil in his heart that he could become a God. After some time the Son of Katas manages it split himself apart into an good and an evil side which not just cuts his Power in half but also reduces it even further. His Evilside escapes to Earth and hides in fear of the beings still stronger than him, the old earthern God and Garlic. After he had sacrificed half of his being, the earthern God makes finally the Son of Katas to his succesor. After this Garlic becomes very angry, showing off for the first time, negative behavior and flys off from the lookout. Katas Son then asks the former earthern God if it was a mistake to let his evil side escape and also fears that he might die if his Evilside perishes. The former earthern God agrees and invents a Plan to create a seal to trap his Evilside inside of it, which would reduce his lifespan further but would be worth it to protect the Planet from him. He orders Popo to prepare the Magiccarpet and asks the now new God of Earth to pinpoint the location of his Evil side, while he goas into his former Palace and creates the seal which will take some time. Before they are ready to seal Katas Sons Evil side something dreadfull happens. An enormes army of Demons enters Earth, lead by no other than Garlic, revealing himself as an pure evil being all along. He wants to overthrow and kill the weakened now former God of Earth before he dies natural, in an act of revenge. He and his army head towards Karin Tower and kill all the People they met on their way and drain their energy. Even the Evil side of Katas Son sees this army from far away. The former earthern God takes the seal he created for Katas Son´s Evilside and traps Garlic and his entire army in it. This takes a big toll on his life force. He apologizes himself by Katas Son for fallin for a dirty snake like Garlic. He asks him to protect the Earth from his Evilside and then dies. The Evilside of Katas uses this opurtunity and gives birth to many different looking mutated Namekians who became his army of Demons, and he gives himself the name "Demonking Piccolo. Katas Son is not strong enough to fight both his Evilside and his army and can only watch how millions of People are slaugtered by him and his minnions. One day Piccolos army also reaches the Dojo of Mutaito and attacks his students. Crane Hermits former lackys use the forbidden Kikoho technique against the Demons, but are only able to destroy mere parts of it to the cost of their lives. Over time all of the Students but Roshi and Crane are killed by the Demons. Roshi and Crane who had become the strongest pupils of Mutaito are able to destroy the remaining forces of Piccolo by repelling their energy blasts against them. After this Piccolo enters the Picture and defeats the two without effort. He then fights against Mutaito himself but even he is quickly defeated. Luckly he and two last students survifed but Mutaito is ashamed by himself and goes on a journey all alone, but promised to return someday. Roshi and Crane (with his 4 year old brother Tao Pai Pai) both did go their departed ways and hide in isolation. Some years later, in which Piccolo had reduced the population even further, Mutaito returned to Roshi and had finally invented a technique to end Piccolos terror, the "Mafuba". Meanwhile the Crane Hermit studied the energy blasts Piccolo and his minnions shoot out from their hands and fingers and invented a similar kind of technique, the "Dodonpa". He planes to hit Piccolo with the forbidden Kikoho and hopes that this will kill him. He meets Piccolo and his new created army consisting of 10 Demons in the City they destroyed recently and orders him to fight with him. Piccolo instead sends his strongest Demon to take care of this "unworthy worm". Then a fight between Crane and the Demon starts in which Crane is able to get the upper Hand and manages it to kill the Demon with a Dondonpa, fired right into its head. The ramaining 9 Demons try to attack Crane but before they can reach him, he unleashes an half powered Kikoho directed at Piccolo which destroys all the 9 Demons. But Piccolo is able to dodge it in the last second. Before he can kill Crane, Piccolo gets kicked offguard by Roshi who saves Crane. Then Mutaito enters the Picture and after some brief talk between him and Piccolo, he unleashes the Mafuba and traps the Demonking into an electric Ricecooker, dieng right after it. Roshi takes then the Ricecooker and throws it into the deep sea while Crane Hermit takes his four year old brother Tao Pai Pai out of their hiding place and goes on a journey with him through the destroyed World which population got reduced to mere millions. Katas Son is glad that a Human was able to get rid of Piccolo but is ashamed of himself that he was not able to save the People of Earth from Piccolos wrath. A few years later he is able to create the Dragon Shenlong and the earth Dragon Balls to give the survifors of Piccolos Rampage hope. After this the credits roll, containing a remix of Dragon Ball Densetsu (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fL_2M-goidA) and show how the People searched and fought for the Dragon Balls. After the Credits we see a Submarine with Pilaf, Shu and Mai on it finding an electric Ricecooker underwater, THE END

I've always wished that DBMinus (DB-) was sort of an on-going series. Not as a continuation of the story we already saw in DB- but maybe a new subject every year or so.
So every year or so, we'd get a series of chapters (and maybe OVAs) covering different events that took place before the beginning of DB. Or at least before their introduction into the series (i.e. 17 & 18).
Obviously, the Nameks would be high on the list, the Tuffles (though their story may be able to be covered along with the Saiyans'), Frieza, Cold, and the PTO. One for the origins of the DBs.
There's really a lot of possible stories that could be told.
