Is There a Real World Equivalent to the GIs Used in Dragon Ball?

Where did Toriyama get the most common GI style in Dragon Ball from? I can't seem to find a real world GI with a similar style.

Toriyama based them on outfits from the many Hong Kong kung fu movies he watched.
