If Rabbit-guy did that to them, I hope that's just a taste of what he could inflict on everybody else. Even though as of right now I don't really care for Rabbit-guy's design, I'm still hoping that in terms of powers we're still in for treats (if this is indeed official).

And the manga doesn't contradict itself ever arc, so that's a baseless claim especially if you're just going to throw it out there without elaboration.

Yeah, I initially thought the girl on the left was Pan, but I guess it would make sense that it's her mom sporting a new 'do instead. Going off the whole mini Pilaf and co being shrunken by the new baddie, it seems like a throwback of sorts to Boss Rabbit back in DB... except he shrinks people instead of turning them to carrots.
Also, any clues as to who the person floating in the back could be? Kinda looks like it's got antennae a la Majin Boo, but kinda... thicker :/.
Really looking forward to this movie, even with the inconsistencies with SSJ Gohan being around. I mean, at least it's not as blatant a money grab as the Bardock sequel was.

That last isn't a contradiction, as that removed all of the Kaioshins from Boo, man.

Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!

That the world they're invested in isn't going to bend to external factors that are irrelevant to them.
An author can do whatever he wants with the characters, that's not false. But the author should also have the responsibility to make sure it fits in cohesively with the other events in the narrative he has created.

Nope, King Cold is never said to be stronger. In the manga it's implied by him that he's weaker, and the guidebooks confirm this.
Grey Boo and Pure Boo are different entities. Grey Boo was a new entity that was formed by Fat Boo's evil. Pure Boo was the original and was formed when the influence of the Kaioshin was removed completely.

They said nothing about where the image is from. Near as I can tell, it was swiped from a 2ch thread... which also doesn't say where the image is from.
(It's not from Crunchyroll; they just took it from manganewsjapon, as seen by the source on their article.)
Yes, that account has posted legit news in the past, but if I can't say what the image actually is and where it originates, I'm hesitant to post it as legitimate news.

While Manga News Japon is not an official source, it certainly is a reliable source. I first got the information about the special Bardock/Hatchiyaku DVD on Saikyou Jump there, then I posted it here. It was the same when Dragon Ball SD became monthly.
I hate these "punch 69" poses that official artists seem so fond of these days. It doesn't look like Goku is fighting it looks like he's about to very angrily dance with that rabbit.
