If even Videl, who is a lot stronger than any of us here, struggled with flight as a human (it was hurting her eyes to go too fast) I don't think we'd fare very well with flight. We'd probably pass out in the upper atmosphere and fall to our deaths, or get wicked wind-burn and go blind.

Manipulate ki like shoot energy beams and sense people, super saiyan to look badass, and fly. If flying fits in with the first one I would choose instant transmission.
