Once you upload a video, you can monetise it instantly and, for as long as the video remains undetected or unflagged, all of the ad revenue goes to you. However, until you hit $100, you can't access that money.
If you make $100 prior to anything being flagged, you can withdraw it and there's nothing they can do. Depending on the RPM the uploader is getting, along with the popularity of the video, that doesn't take all that long.
It's really shitty to see copyrighted content having ads tacked on by the uploader. Really horrible practice.
Which is which? You mind editing that in?
For future reference, you only have to look at the whites of the eyes to tell the difference. If they're white as white can be, that's very likely the corrected version.
As has been mentioned, the left image with the subtitles is the colour corrected version and the right hand side is the raw TV image.
