There's an commercial for Dragon Ball Kai for Dragon Ball Kai Cell Arc Home Releases!
Cell makes an appearance on the next episode!
New Eyecathers! the first part is Piccolo with Goku on bed and the second part is Android 16, Android 17 , Android 18!

Norio Wakamoto has been replaced as Cell. He will now be played by Rie Kugimiya.

They couldn't afford him I'm guessing (based off what Yuji Mitsuya told VegettoEX.)

Furukawa Toshio, the voice of Piccolo, has confirmed on his blog that Wakamoto Norio will indeed reprise his role as Cell in DragonBall Kai. Not that I'm too surprised, but it's finally nice to know. You can read more about on Kanzentai's homepage.

I guess we'll finally see Team Dragon act... haha. How is that going to work, though? All seven members recorded the same scene...
