Re: Akira Toriyama Passes Away.
His stories captured me as a kid and have stayed with me through adulthood. In the good and the bad times, his characters have been like close friends, his worlds have been like home, and his irreverent brand of humour has been a constant source of happiness. Rest in peace old-timer.

Re: Podcast episode titles
A-ha! Thanks Mike, I appreciate the explanation - and I can derive the list of "titles" I'm looking for by using the RSS file. :D
I tried a few popular apps just now and I noticed none of them are surfacing the itunes:subtitle tag (save for desktop iTunes, of course, which does use it as the ...

Podcast episode titles
I know you've been there too: You're in the middle of a run, or doing housework, or on a road trip perhaps, when the episode of your favourite podcast— Kanzenshuu —finishes, and it's time to choose a new one. Alas! The episodes are merely titled "Episode #493" and so on in your podcast application ...

Long-time listener, first-time commenter etc. etc.
It’s always wonderful to hear someone talk about their passion. Being too young to get nostalgic over the subject matter, you did an amazing job of illustrating what the Dragon Ball scene was like in those days. So for someone like me who missed it ...

Re: The Great Saiyaman was the best thing to ever happen to Gohan.
Yes! I think back to that scene on Namek (filler, I think) when Gohan didn't think anyone was watching, and he was punching the air and striking poses like a hero.
It's interesting to look at what Gohan wears as a reflection of this too. Until that point, he predominantly only ever wore a dogi like ...

Re: Are they afraid of using Boo?
Hmm... Has (Fat) Boo been anything but a gag character... ever? He has no personality to speak of, and his appearance isn't cool enough to rely on for moving merchandise. Maybe it's just me, but I've never been led to think we could expect Boo to become a foreground character whose power we should ...

Re: If Goku and Vegeta had a baby, would it look like Vegetto?
I don't think this a pointless question at all. OP is asking about the particulars of Potara merging, not seriously suggesting that one can get pregnant without a womb. Well, I think so anyway.
I say the answer is no. Children have 50% of each of their parent's DNA. Even if we assume Vegetto has 50 ...

Re: How would you want Gohan to come back?
Since this is Gohan we're talking about, he probably only needs a "tune-up" from someone like Old Kaioshin to inexplicably restore him to the fore. And honestly, that'd be alright by me.
