Timeline 1 was created before the other timelines. Timeline 1 cannot be created before 3 and 4 as it require evets from 3 & 4 to happen (Trunks failing to get enough power in 4 to defeat Cell in 3, thus Cell from 3 travelling back in time).

I see it likely in the future for there to be a DVD/Blu ray combo pack kind of deal. If we get more Dragon box releases Funimation will likely do DVD versions of that. So no I think we will get more DVD releases aside from Buu Kai.
