I imagine there’s not much of a financial incentive in redubbing a 291 episode cartoon, especially when Kai exists. Why spend time and money doing something like that, when the old dub sells perfectly fine?

I don’t like making him skinny or overly buff. Making him skinny just makes it look like a Super Saiyan God recolor, while buffing him up conflicts with the idea of him being in a calm state of mind in that form. He should just keep his normal physique.

I’ve never heard anything about Super Saiyan 4 Gohan being something that was actually considered. I remember seeing that image years ago, but I always thought it was fan-made?

All I know is that we probably shouldn’t expect a straightforward ending where UI Goku defeats Moro.

I can’t say I agree with the idea of separating DB from DBZ, but regarding DBS, shouldn’t Bulma be included?

The simple fact of the matter is that modern Dragon Ball already set a precedent when it brought back Freeza and introduced a new version of Broly. Toriyama talked about Broly's popularity as one of the reasons why he agreed to use him so he might not consider rebooting other less popular villains....
