I think the most logical way to do it is after F, doing it after EoZ would be quite risky because it would involve putting other characters in the spotlight and testing the waters to see if fans would accept them or not.

Namek was my favorite part of Z (in the manga because in the anime the filler was too much) because of the ensemble cast. DB has superb supporting characters so I want to see them around more.
