I don't think so, your body becomes leaner and more youthful when you are a Super Saiyan God, but when it wears off your body goes back to normal. The way their power works is weird, logically after they detached fat boo he should've turned back into the skinny boo but he didn't so... Who knows.

I do think he's probably a tad weaker than Boo was when he had absorbed gohan et al, but still just as dangerous.

I still prefer the original manga to be honest, even the coloured chapters have a certain character to them which aren't in the full-colour release.
