Why does Funimation keep butchering every home release of DBZ? And furthermore why do they keep removing the grain?

Why didn't Funimation just continue the level sets for the 30th anniversary?
I mean they already did 34 episodes (level 1.1 and 1.2) so why not just do the remaining 257 episodes and release them as a box set?

This is Ranma ½ on Blu-ray. Can anyone explain to me why we can't have an HD transfer and remastering/restoration of DBZ with this kind of detail and quality?
