That's because I got a little carried away with the hue+Sat. I'm gonna rip it without subs here this afternoon.
This is just removing color cast no additional filters.

Just jumping in, but do you think the OVA would be worth restoring? I have had a pretty alright copy of "PTEAS" for quite some time now,but it still looks kind of murky. Upon finding this thread I immediately took the chance to try and take out the color cast, Success! Now working on Leveling out ...
