So Freeza never used a Ki blast to destroy earth. It was more like he used a powerful Kiai wave on the planet and it created a huge explosion.

And it seems to me goku was the punching bag here not freeza.lmao I don't know why i heard the opposite from some people. Goku had the upper hand only because of freeza's weakness which kicked in later on in the fight.

The movie sounds much better with the detailed review. The only thing that bothers me is the whole goten and trunks not noticing the intense battle. If that's the case why did vegeta have to die? Freeza's blast at a weak state can't possibly harm vegeta since it was confirmed vegeta was much powerful at that point. So unless vegeta died because of no air to breath, then its inconsistent to me.

From what i understand, only those in whis barrier survived the explosion. But isn't that inconsistent when it comes to freeza? Freeza can breath in space and can survive a planet exploding even being half dead on namek. Am i missing something?
