Re: Dragon Ball Super Strength Discussion Thread
God knows how you'd go about mixing and matching the manga with the movies now. If it were just the manga I suppose 1. Frieza 2. Gas 3. Goku 4. Vegeta 5. Granolah 6. Moro 7. Broly 8. Jiren But to try and cross that with the movie and Gohan, Piccolo, Cell Max and the comments that have been made by ...

Re: Dragon Ball Super: Manga Chapter 87 - Official Discussion Thread
Now did they say, the strongest is just being born or was just born? Whis could mean that the strongest is a young. I suspect he is referring to Uub. I think that makes a ton of sense. Uub being the strongest in the universe. Uub had already been hyped in Moro arc, no point in ending every arc with...

Re: Dragon Ball Super Strength Discussion Thread
So, that would mean somebody surpassing Beerus, which still hasn't happened and probably won't, SH sorta invalidates it. I don't see why we can't have a villain be stronger than Beerus even before SH. If they were to beat him with Fusion or some hax technique like Hakai then it would still be possi...

Re: Dragon Ball Super Strength Discussion Thread
The website description doesn’t say Goku has “returned” but that he transformed into his black haired form (which is just a description of how it looks like) and actually suggests it’s a whole new form. However, this is a different form of Ultra Instinct in which Goku retains his emotions: in other...

Re: Dragon Ball Super Strength Discussion Thread
Gas actually remembers Bardock because of the look on Goku’s face. https://scans-hot.leanbox.us/manga/Dragon-Ball-Super/0085-025.png https://scans-hot.leanbox.us/manga/Dragon-Ball-Super/0085-026.png The website description doesn’t say Goku has “returned” but that he transformed into his black haire...

Re: Dragon Ball Super Strength Discussion Thread
That's not what Toyotaro was conveying. Gas is immediately reminded of Bardock when Goku says that his heart is no longer calm. That's a reference to what Gas says against Goku during their first fight when he claims Goku lacks the fierceness Bardock did. It's very clear what the comparison here is...

Re: Dragon Ball Super Strength Discussion Thread
Granola, still injured -stated by himself- was able to put down Grampa Gas who was slapping around Sign Goku, who was above FP Gas, who stomped Granola with no effort. Meaning these guys aren't that far apart from one another, right? And what does Goku's susanoo mean? is that a power beyond regular...

Re: Dragon Ball Super Strength Discussion Thread
It almost implies that Gas isn't the strongest in the universe that the Oracle Fish had the prophecy over. Which is weird. Gas was taking on UI and UE at once and pretty much would win without their endless plot shield. Broly isn't a GoD and should be just likewise surpassed by Granolah's and Gas' ...

Re: Dragon Ball Super Strength Discussion Thread
If we say that Superhero does officially take place after Granolah arc.
How much stronger do you think Gohan and Cell are compared to
Ui Goku?
Ue Vegeta?
Broly?
Gas?
Granolah?
On a scale of 1-10, let’s say Gohan is a 10 and Cell was a 9. Where do you these fit on this scale?

Re: Dragon Ball Super Strength Discussion Thread
I was always under the impression, at least when the arc started. That granolah (present) couldn’t harm modern frieza. Maybe in the past, gas or him couldn’t do crap to past frieza. But since have grown. I mean granolah was able to defeat a dozen or so fresh 7/3 clones. I doubt they are weaker than...

Re: Dragon Ball Super Strength Discussion Thread
Going by the manga and Whis not knowing anyone stronger than Goku and Vegeta. Bulma being surprised that the strongest in the universe isn't either Goku and Vegeta. And that Toriyama clearly sees Broly as some benchmark. It does seem like that whole Granolah wish about being the strongest in the un...

Re: Dragon Ball Super Strength Discussion Thread
That's where some folk think Jaco is these days. I think Granolah can likely take out all of Frieza's foot soldiers. Not sure how he'd compare to the likes of Frieza's elites like Cui on up. I was always under the impression, at least when the arc started. That granolah (present) couldn’t harm mode...

Re: Dragon Ball Super Strength Discussion Thread
Is it fair to say that pre wish Granolah was probably weaker than Frieza's first form? Totally. The status quo of the power levels from the Namek Saga should still apply in most of the universe. I think Granolah would be lucky to be on Nappa's level. That's where some folk think Jaco is these days....

Re: Dragon Ball Super Strength Discussion Thread
About Gohan and his potential, at 5 years old he was at 981 and could go even higher when angry. It's impressive, because, even though Broly was at rest, he had a BP of 920 when he was like what? 3 years old? Is it stated anywhere how old Broly was when he landed on Vampa? It’s implied that he was ...

Re: Dragon Ball Super Strength Discussion Thread
Piccolo saying to Gohan that without the help of Gamma 1 and 2, they would not have able to beat Cell Max (Gohan Beast + Orange Piccolo). So it's heavily implying than Cell Max power was severely weakened when Gohan beast beat him. I don’t think this necessarily implies Gohan and Piccolo wouldn’t b...

Re: Dragon Ball Super Strength Discussion Thread
I doubt UI and UE exist in the movies. So at best Goku and Vegeta are around ssjb evolution/ssjb kkx20 or mastered ssjb level. Piccolo=Mastered Ssjb Goku and Vegeta. Piccolo is probably no where near UI and UE levels if we combined the lore. That's the point I was making. Toriyama's assessment of w...

Re: Dragon Ball Super Strength Discussion Thread
If Orange Piccolo is as strong as Super Saiyan Blue Goku then Cell Max can't be that powerful. Stack him up the anime series and the guy is maybe weaker than Agnilasa. There's no way Orange Piccolo is on par with SSJB. Gamma 2 is a SSJB or above level character, which Ultimate Piccolo keeps up with...

Re: Dragon Ball Super Strength Discussion Thread
How would you rank these by the end of the Moro arc Ultra Instinct Goku Ultra Instinct Moro Planet Moro Merus And did Goku power up when he re-activated Ultra Instinct and killed Moro or did he just return to full power? Re: Dragon Ball Super Strength Discussion Thread
What I meant is that they have to unlock greater forms to acquire more power in their base forms cause they can’t grow as much. I’m not sure if I’m understanding your point correctly, but Vegeta in Boo Arc once implied the strongest Super Saiyan will also have the strongest base form, so we can ass...
