It has to be spelled "Cabe", "Cabbe" or "Cabbay" to accurately convey the pronunciation in English. It can't be "Cabba" and retain the long vowel "a" sound at the end of the word. "Cabbe" makes the most sense. It's still close enough to the original word to get the naming pun by looking at it.

Anyone know how fluent in English the artist is? Anywhere close to Horikawa's level?
I don't think he speaks it, but he sings really well in English. Check out "Bulb" by The Yellow Monkey. He didn't write the lyrics for "Chozetzu Dynamic" so he wouldn't be the one to translate it anyway. Hopefully ...

Nah. No way. As a narrator, he still sounds fine to me. He still sounds like the familiar narrator we've always had, just older. I don't think any potential benefits of getting an exciting new narrator would trump the nostalgia, familiarity and authenticity we get from hearing Yanami.
