It would be very unlikely for most of the characters in U7 to get Granolah’s wish (like 1% of them could get it). It's not like any character like Oolong, Yajirobe or Mr.Satan could be UI Goku level just by asking the Dragon.

As for the anime, the Moro and Granolah arc adaptations are also "new content". I really hope the Moro arc gets as much episodes as the Universe Survival training arc.

Kishimoto didn't come up with any of that. There's been plenty of "avenger of my race/clan" characters in manga and anime before Sasuke Uchiha appeared. Kurapika from HxH comes to mind, but there's much more.

Hell, even Dragon Ball did it before Kishimoto, with characters like Baby and Hatchiyak ...

The animation looks like a mix of Toriyama's Kanzenban covers' art from the 2000's, FighterZ and the Berserk Golden Age arc movies. I like it.

Before the trailers I was expecting this to be full CGI like that "DBZ: The Real 4D" animation shown in Japan, which I also liked. I don't see the big deal ...

If you're only talking about the anime, then I agree (even though I still think it's fine).

But I disagree if you're also including Toyotaro's manga, which in my opinion feels much more like 90's Toriyama/Toei's Dragon Ball that I grew up with.
