Goku's Arrival theme from the Ocean Dub. All I've been able to find are audio rips from the episode with the vocals whitewashed from the track.

I know a lot of people aren't keen on that dub but I would absolutely love to hear a good quality copy of that piece. It's so hopeful sounding
