I don't think it would be permanently shelved. Theres no way Funimation is going to have the voice actors work on a somewhat new dbz product and not release it at some point especially if its almost done being dubbed.

kinda bugs me that Funimation has a sale on the blu ray's right now but won't release any info about buu to where I feel confident enough buying them all XD especially if buu is gonna be in 16:9 regardless anyways
