i kind of agree and kind of don't because on a technical level 2pac is the best which is why he's considered the best, maybe not the best in terms of rhyming and lyricism but he's definitely still top tier in that specific attribute, meanwhile dragonball has major flaws

IMO the only objectively good part of dbz is from raditz to frieza on namek and I honestly think if super actually makes some good new villains they could surpass Z, despite the retcons and all that BS, instead of doing frieza and tournaments over and over.
