I have seen a few people say Toriyama was directly involved with many aspects of DBO, such as background story and character designs etc., yet I can't find any sources for this. Is this the case? Are there any sources for it? Did Kazenshuu/Daizenshuu EX ever do a podcast on DBOnline?

I'm a very big Saiyaman fan and some of you may know a relatively new anime called One Punch man, I thought why not take the concept of One punch man and have Saiyaman defeat anyone in one hit. Feedback would be great :)
