He's pandering those who want this sort of stuff (i.e: the vocal crowd). It's not the actor's fault, it's the people who ask for it and the dub director for letting this happen.

Spínola is flawless (or almost) as Beerus, definitely my favorite role in the dub. About the jokes, Beerus just said this today: "What? 26 minutes to reach Kaib's (Kai) planet? That's enough time to watch an episode of the anime!"

Meh, the Portuguese fanbase still knows more the Portuguese nomenclature, so changing it would be kind of unnatural. It doesn't bother me much, to be honest. But I don't know why they are going for "Bills".

The facebook fan base released a few days ago a stream with the voice actors. We could already see some snippets of our dub, including Beerus and Whis voices. Beerus (Bills in the dub) is voiced by Spínola and Whis is Feist. I actually liked both voices, I was afraid that Feist would do his Ginyu's ...
