I think the potara retcon is one of the most stupidest retcons ever, it demolishes what we intially thought for 20+ plus potara fusion was. Now we will never be able to see Vegetto's fullest potential just like Gogeta's fullest potential, basically they have rendered fusion completely useless now.

The arc being way lower in quality, character utilization and overall fun compared to the Dark tournament in Yu Yu Hakusho.
