You're confusing the 2014 sets (which covered the whole series. If anything, it's Kanzenshuu's home video guide page that's incomplete) with the cancelled 2011 Level sets (which as released only covered Ep 1-34. Technically Ep 1-39 if you count the five episodes that used to be XBLA exclusive ...
