The custom battles have no voices. So freaking lame.


How'd they be able to record voices for custom battles?


A lot of lines would be per-recorded. You can listen and select the lines that you like.

And how would that not be lame for Custom Battles? Unless you're suggesting the devs ...

Why is Fuu still gathering energy? Didn't he end the last chapter announcing that he's created his new future now and will show it to you soon and doesn't need time roft corruption energy anymore?

I wonder if you'll be restricted from playing Custom Battles that include DLC character you don't have.


What I want to know is just how is it with the destructable Namek, changing into the destroyed Namek, can this be turned off or on and what exactly makes it happen? Because if you play on Namek ...

Interestingly, just as you suggest, there seems to be a path where Goku goes to Hell to recruit different fighters other than Frieza, eventually choosing Cell. I don't know if it ever goes beyond that tho.

On the twitter post they do say it's the "Next Great Trailer" (capitalized like that) so people are holding some hope for GT. The video itself says it's "A super Character Trailer."


The fact that 'super' is lower case makes me think ...

Will it be that flexible that custom battle thing? certainly there will be rigid limitations, right?
Or will I be able to have Jiren help Goku and Vegeta when Broly arrives on Earth? or have Vegito/Gogeta fight Beerus in BoG or Freeza in RoF?

I hope the Cell arc haters follow through and choose ...

What are some Custom Battle ideas you guys have?


Goku/Trunks arrive on Earth too late to stop Frieza from killing everyone
Raditzs wins his fight and him, Vegeta and Nappa go after the Namekian Dragon Balls.
Future Trunks and Great Saiyaman in the Tournament of Power.
Goku doesn't get the heart ...

What stages are people hoping for? I have a fondness for the highway stage based on where Vegeta and 18 fight. Maybe a return of that alien planet stage.

Her does NOT mention GT or original DB. Which means they either are keeping representation from those two series a secret, or there are no DB(GT) characters at base roster.


It doesn't necessarily mean they're not in the roster, just that the story mode isn't including them. We already know Kid ...

How many slots left are there?

So, we are getting one more trailer in September, the Buu arc trailer, and that's it, right? it seems we won't be getting any DBS trailer, unless there's also a trailer prior to the release.


34 slots left, and about 11 characters left to pick from for the Buu Arc ...

Something about First Form Frieza looks off, but I can't put my finger on it.
