The biggest thing that caught me off guard was in the Ocean Dub, when Kami was "phasing into another dimension"; they had Popo shouting "Kami san!" :shock:

Like what?! That had me flabbergasted when I first saw that. How and why would they leave in the honorific? I assume the dub script writers ...

Overrated

- Chris Sabat: I think he has a lot of talent and has done a lot of great anime voice work, but I do personally feel like his voice work in DB has been a real mixed bag for me, especially his Piccolo and Vegeta voice work he's done. He gets so much praise mostly ...

It's honestly mainly a mix of voices for me from the different English dubs of Dragon Ball (with the exception of a few characters), or even some fan-casting voices in my head for certain characters that I just couldn't resist.

For me personally on how I would improve Dragon Ball going forward is mostly to just bring the franchise back to form with how it was in the original series.

Personal Canon, alright first comes my Manga canon, which is basically the stuff written by Toriyama I enjoy and I reread the series in this perspective as this is the "Toriyama-canon" that I follow for myself.

I also liked the Sadala change and Cabba's voice just fits him really well, same with Monaka.

Post BOG, Cynthia Cranz has gotten better as Chi-Chi again compared to how she was at the start of Super and in TFC.
