Hopefully one day we'll see the Animax dub. It covered all of OG Dragon Ball but no one seems to know where recordings can be found (I asked the guy who played adult Goku, even he didn't know). Piccolo is apparently referred to as "Lord Piccolo" so it could be a rather faithful dub.

I never thought DBZA was funny their old episodes are just the rAnDoMs XD LOL and the new ones where just the same 10 jokes like "lol Goku is dumb", but I guess that's just me.

I guess if you're super tight on money and want to watch all of Z, they're an easy and cheap way to own the series.

Honestly with Funimation's incompetence and not wanting to pay insane prices for the Dragon Boxes I've gone full pirate and I have no guilt in the fact, I like my Dragon Box rips the only real downside is taking up 650+ GB of space. I'll gladly delete them if Funimation gets their shit together.

FUNi released Dragon Box Z and Dragon Box GT so you'd just need to find a replacement for Dragon Ball: Dragon Box.. maybe the Saga Sets would suit you ...
