Re: Dragon Ball Super Strength Discussion Thread
I'm not here to say corrupted merged zamasu would get one shotted, as i do believe gods of destruction would have to put in some effort, but i believe every single G.o.D is above merged zamasu if they use their full power. I do agree with that. It's what i've been trying to prove. I don't believe F...

Re: Dragon Ball Super Strength Discussion Thread
the people saying merged zamasu is beyond beerus really have no evidence. Vegeta says that he has never seen a God let off such energy. Gowasu says that Fused Zamasu's power has expanded to no end (and he also agrees with Vegeta that Zamasu's Light is unlike any they've ever seen before). Shin says...

Re: "Dragon Ball Super" Official Announcement & Discussion Thread
What were you expecting? Gowasu was an idiot and Rumsshi lacked a functioning brain. I'm actually astonished that they were not the first Universe to be erased! So sad. They stained Zamasu's reputation.U10 was built as fodder. They're team leader's name basically translated to 'useless'.

Re: Dragon Ball Super Strength Discussion Thread
Zamasu was about Super Saiyan 2 level so should have been similar to Super Saiyan 2 Caulifla. Future Zamasu was stronger than his present self, even Goku noted that. Future Zamasu was able to fight on-par with SSB Goku, for example. Although he was never taking any battle seriously due to his immor...

Re: Has Vegeta been a good character as of recently? I think not.
I think one of the best lines from Vegeta in that arc was when Black said that Vegeta wanted revenge for his humiliating lost. Vegeta shoots back that no, he isn't fighting because he lost, but for Trunks and his world, making Black note how un-Saiyan-like that statement was Hilarious. Even a Supre...

Re: Has Vegeta been a good character as of recently? I think not.
Agreed OP, i really detest the character of Vegeta. They threw his entire character development in Z out of the window. Remember when he aknowledged Goku would always be superior during the Kid Buu fight? Now he wants to master Ultra Instinct before Goku?! Get lost. I chuckle when people say he care...

Re: Dragon Ball Super Strength Discussion Thread
Did he? I can't remember what was said now. I remember Black implying that he was stronger than them though. They are probably referring to this line: https://i.imgur.com/yVJrtWN.png In addition, there is Black's statement in Ep. 64 about his power having surpassed even his own comprehension. You'd...

Re: Favourite moments in the Tournament of Power.
You definitely like Zamasu a lot. I do :D I have listened to Zamasu's theme so many times that i instantly recognized it when they started playing it in that episode (even though it was a remix of the original theme). Regardless, i would love if that had been an intentional tribute from the writers...

Re: Truly Increasing the Stakes & Zamasu's Grand Return
I didn't think episode 67 was "catastrophic" as you put it. It was not. Aside from the mediocre animation (i forgive them, the previous episode was astonishing from an animation standpoint), i absolutely adore the concept of Zamasu ascending to an even higher state of power, becoming the ...

Re: Favourite moments in the Tournament of Power.
This is an overlooked moment, but i particularily liked when the various Gods reacted to Ultra Instinct (Episode 110). I was amused by their expressions of fear, concern, astonishment, surprise. What caught my interest is that they were using a remix of Zamasu's theme in the background. Was it just ...

Re: Truly Increasing the Stakes & Zamasu's Grand Return
Zamasu's potential return in a later arc in Dragon Ball Super is one of the most popular fan theories and i could see that happen, given the fact that the character is one of the most succesful villains in the show and is already a fan-favourite (despite the fact he was introduced just a year ago!)....

Re: Did Zamasu have a 'pure heart'?
Yes, Zamasu ultimately became a self-absorbed and deranged lunatic. That's why i love his character arc: he went from a doubtful and calm Supreme Kai to a rabid monster devoid of any rational thought. In the title, i was referring to the initial moment when we saw Zamasu, when we saw his tea being f...

Re: God of Destruction Origins
Toppo hails from a mortal species, yet he is set to become the next God of Destruction of Universe 11, so i don't think you have to be born into a divine species (such as the Shinjin) to become a God of Destruction. Even if you are a mortal, you are automatically elevated to the rank of 'deity' once...

Re: Extra Kaioshin Character Designs From Toyotaro
Ok so long story short, theory is that someone will say: “Bring back the people and universes erased by Zeno” Wouldn't such a wish bring back Infinite Zamasu and Universe 7 in the Future timeline too? Since they were erased by Future Zen-Oh. So unless they specifically state they want to restore -o...

Re: Unpopular DB opinions
I actually adored the ending of the Future Trunks' arc, although i realize this is an unpopular opinion, since it is one of the most controversial topics and has been bashed countless times in the past. The good guy didn't defeat the mean guy and live happily ever after, so -clearly- it was a garbag...

Re: How would you guys feel about Grand Priest being The Final Villain of the show?
Although i don't think the Grand Priest is evil, i can see why he would try to backstab Zen-Oh and seize his throne, since 6 of his beloved children were supposedly erased from existence by the Omni-king for no real reason at all (aside from Zen-Oh being bored one day). There are many theories out t...

Re: Goku's Stamina In Battle: A Deeper Look At Self Improvement
I'm certain the manga will explain all of this much better than the anime. This reminds me of the Future Trunks arc, when people were complaining about Goku Black's 'stupid' and 'absurd' power-ups. The manga explained Black's power-ups much better by revealing that he initially had a lot of problem ...
