It's likely he's talking about the forms in general, not just blue. He doesn't say this in the arcade dialogue, just that CC Goku is "one step ahead ...

They're mixed the same way the 2013 Blu-rays are mixed where the music track is mixed into the center channel with the voice & SFX tracks. Once it's mixed like that, there's nothing anyone can do about it.

The only DBZ 5.1 tracks that exist with an isolated center channel for voice ...

Gonna be completely honest, I'm probably only gonna buy two of these. Season 5 since my orange brick set of season 5 is missing ONE DVD, and season 9 since I just want a way to make 4:3 edits of Kai without having to buy another Dragon Box.
