What if Seven-Three breaks free from the Heeters instead of (possibly) being used and he himself becomes "the strongest"?

I like Seven-Three, but he's not the most exciting plot device character.

One of the Heeters is going to merge with Seven-Three. Or at least absorb his data. Using the Handy-Dandy Cereal Balls™.
