Re: Can Kaioshin's power be felt by mortals?

At least according to an AT's interview, it seems that the Kaioshins were born with that title, while with the God's of Earth at least, we know they were appointed to that role... so that maybe explains why Kami's chi could be located? With Kaio-sama it could be different, though he maybe is appoint...

Re: Can Kaioshin's power be felt by mortals?

Its worth noting that the Hakaishin & Angels may be empowered by forces outside of the universes so that is why they cannot be sensed by anyone. Zeno appoints Hakaishin and presumably embues some of his power onto them(which would explain how both can eradicate people & objects from existence) and ...

Re: Can Kaioshin's power be felt by mortals?

Piccolo probably didn't know Beerus was the current Hakaishin of the Universe, hence why had no issue attacking him, to him Beerus looked like just a purple cat causing problems. Yeah, but he was too tense to attack Kaioshin... his instincts told him he was a God. Shouldn't the same happen with Bee...

Can Kaioshin's power be felt by mortals?

In the original manga, Vegeta states that no one of them could estimate Kaioshin's powers when he was in front of Piccolo ready to fight him, but is that enough? Maybe Vegeta couldn't get a reading on him since he was suppressed. It's interesting that in Super, Piccolo states that no one could sense...

Re: Official Unofficial Power Level Discussion Thread

Had the humans surpassed Saiyan arc Vegetta after their training in the Afterlife? Yes. The most conclusive one to have crossed the 18k plateau would be Kuririn, for whom we were assigned a 75k BP from his battle against Freeza. Tenshinhan and Yamcha are more up in the air... but still, Gero though...

Re: Official Unofficial Power Level Discussion Thread

Do you guys see the tanks feats in the Cell saga as clues for your power gaps? I think we can trace down similarities in some tanks -- Semi Perfect Cell vs #16 and Perfect Cell (fooling around) vs Super Vegeta lead the first most impressive tanks, while Vegeta vs Semi Perfect Cell and Vegeta vs #19 ...

Re: Official Unofficial Power Level Discussion Thread

Guys, do you think that the SSJB in the dragon ball super manga is roughly 10x SSJ? That seems to be implied by less than 10% Blue Vegeta not being that much stronger than SSJ Goku, considering their performance vs suppressed Hit.

Re: Official Unofficial Power Level Discussion Thread

This point was already brought up in the page before and discussed. I fail to see what else you added.. Kid Trunks did exactly what I said to beat Goten, as he had a bit more experience. Not too hard to deduce that Vegeta can do at least that. Anyway, Vegeta has no basis to claim that he is stronge...

Re: Official Unofficial Power Level Discussion Thread

This again? What stops Vegeta from using a short burst of Super Saiyan against either Piccolo or No.18? What makes you think that Vegeta will even follow Gohan’s warning? Yes, this again. So what? Can't I bring back a subject that I found worth adding my point? And no indication that a SSJ would be...

Re: Official Unofficial Power Level Discussion Thread

1. Piccolo is absolutely stronger than Goten and Trunks as SSJ as shown when Buu goes from Buutenks to Buucolo. Granted you can say this makes him stronger than the both of them in base, but I believe that Buu would pump their power as SSJ as opposed to simply their base. Goten and Trunks were seen...

Re: Official Unofficial Power Level Discussion Thread

Base Vegeta is very likely above Piccolo in the Boo saga, as implied by Gohan proposing the "no SSJ" rule knowing Piccolo would participate and Vegeta bragging confidence knowing that at least #18 would be there. The only thing against it are "multipliers". But if you set aside fixed multipliers fo...

Re: Non-thread-worthy discussions

What if the various tournaments in the series took a page out of real life and instituted weight classes? Or rather, power level classes? Like how in boxing, guys who weigh between 130 and 135 (lightweight) wouldn't fight guys who weigh between 160 and 168 (super middleweight) because everyone know...

Re: Official Unofficial Power Level Discussion Thread

Very good levels for part 1. Small notes: I think I'd keep old Piccolo at 220 since that's right in the middle between his old and young powa. I'd be a little pressed not to have 23rd Budokai Tenshinhan as above Popo. I think the fact that Kami and Popo still trained them all for the Saiyans implies...

Likely Piccolo vs #17. The initial portion of the battle had good strategies by Piccolo, while the second featured good choreography from both characters.

Re: What DB level was Videl at her best?

I'd give her an 8 or so. That'd place her at first show-down Kuririn and slightly below Yamcha, so I think beginning of the series, pre Roshi training Kuririn may be the strongest character she can best in a fight, that when exploiting the fact that she can fly and her minimal knowledge on chi.
