In episode 50, Rage Shenron traps Pan and Goku in electric slime. Increasing the voltage to 50% causes Pan to faint. Increasing it further causes Base Goku to faint too.

Pan can't be too far off Base Goku, then, I suppose? A 5 to his 10?

Could be that it was retaken later. Alternatively, scrub forward or backward a frame or two on the video. It's possible there are several similar frames and you happened to land on one that isn't exactly the cel you bought. I went through each frame of that punching sequence and it does not appear ...
