Re: Dragon Ball Daima (2024)
Whoever those new characters are at the start are probably tied to Babidi in some way. If these guys are demons they probably know who Babidi is. He was linked to both Boo and Dabura, who are demons (maybe not the same type of demons as these, but still). Maybe the defeat of Boo and Babidi is what ...

Re: Dragon Ball Daima (2024)
I really, really like the look and feel of this trailer. I think it looks like a blend of the original Dragon Ball manga and Toriyama's works from the 2000s onwards. The emphasis on unique locations tells me that, among the character designs. It feels like something Toriyama would design (unlike wha...

Could Goku learn the shapeshifting technique?
Could Goku learn the shapeshifting technique? Could it benefit him in any way? We know you can only stay transformed for five minutes, before having to wait a minute to try again. I think it's pretty OP. It's not that big of a deal for Oolong and Puar because they're weak and the user's strength rem...

What if Immortal Phoenix never died?
Have you ever stopped to think how different the manga would be if Immortal Phoenix hadn't died of food poisoning (lol)? Imagine if Goku was immortal from the get go... What kind of immortality would even that be? Perhaps Goku would not age... Or maybe he would be 100% immortal (like Zamasu in DBS)....

Re: Dreams you had about Dragon Ball
Flying is so cool! I once dreamed that I was fighting Majin Boo in a park nearby my house and we were on the air. Every time I dream of flying, things play out rather similar. Instead of staying in the air, I'm always falling. However, I can control where my body is going to land. I can even move it...

Re: Did Vegeta and Yamucha ever have a conversation about the Bulma situation?
I know that it is crazy to think that, but between him and Vegeta, Yamcha is probably the "alpha male" (cringe term, I'm sorry). Vegeta is a savage, who was probably virgin before Bulma (let's all assume his genocide ass didn't do anything disgusting while he was destroying and conquering ...

Dreams you had about Dragon Ball
Dreams always fascinated me. I'm so good at remembering what happened in them... It's said that every dream has a meaning and that our brains create these "interactive experiences" based on our memories. As such, I'm always dreaming about Dragon Ball hahaha! I thought it would be funny for...

Re: DBGT's Animation/Artstyle/Color Scheme Looks Old?
I always thought that it looked old and uncanny, which is funny because the series is set in a bright future after Boo. Probably because of the dull and dreary colors TheGreatness25 mentioned. It has this almost depression feel to it. It just doesn't look like Dragon Ball. I look at it and see "...

Re: Unpopular DB opinions
2. Is DBS Broly considered a bad movie by most???? 6. I feel like this is one of those bell curves, like if we're considering anybody who likes "Dragon Ball" from the most casual to the most hardcore, DBZ is the most popular, but on sites like this where the majority are closer to being D...

Re: Favorite Moments from the manga
1 - Goku's final Genkidama (classic characters coming back and all). 2 - First part of the Android saga (I love the idea of Super Saiyajins, who were actually strong and relevant, fighting robots created to kill them. Piccolo being on the same league as them and joining in is also great. Trunks is i...

Re: Unpopular DB opinions
Ok. Here it goes... 1 - The Majin Boo saga isn't that bad. It's almost a parody of Dragon Ball. It doesn't take itself seriously and it's intentionally comedy focused. It drags a bit, has too many things going on, but it's fun and can get emotional at times (love the Genkidama at the end of the mang...

Re: "Dragon Ball Super (Manga)" Official Discussion Thread
Goku vs Granola was pretty entertaining. It's cool to see Goku going for Blue, instead of busting out MUI. What can I even say? It's amusing to see Goku trying his best with what he has. Considering how much energy he had, Goku did pretty well. He used his brain instead of his muscles. We are talkin...

Who's your favorite enemy from the Red Ribbon saga?
Hi guys. This is my first post here on the forum. I would like to start with a very laid-back thread. What's your favorite enemy from the Red Ribbon saga? Honestly, that's probably the most consistent arc of Dragon Ball when it comes to antagonists (quantity + quality). I would say that the best two...
