Power level is really subjective, as you can look at Goku being stated as "the strongest kid in the world" with a PL of 10. If Goku had a PL of 11, he would be WAY stronger.

I have never watched any of the dragon ball content involving Broly, and I have heard of a lot of people who seem to hate him with a burning passion.

I feel like Nail should be brought back, even if he's only used as a friend for Dende. I think that it would be kind of nice to see something nice happen to what I call "utility characters" (e.g. Bulma, Dende), as they are normally overshadowed by the main cast.

In my opinion, stacked fusions would be very overpowered. My headcanon is that a fusion could stack, but it would have awful side affects, like not being able to unfuse or just dying from too much ki usage.

What if Zeno actually did his job properly (being proactive in erasing evildoers and dangerous entities, and not erasing entire universes just on a whim)? Well, this is 1st tournament cast, meaning that their power is WAAAAYYY weaker than they are now. That being said, Videl has more techniques than them at the time.

No matter whether or not Goku thought that Gohan would beat Cell, it's still messed up that he sent him out there. But I think that Vegeta is a worse father, seeing as he showed no interest in Trunks, and I think that he was even on a different planet when Bulma was pregnant.

I think that Videl doesn't get enough credit. She is basically on the same level of prodigy-ness as Krillin, seeing as she learned how to fly in 10 days. All in all, she could very well win the tournament if given Roshi's training.
