I cant believe it!!! Trunks and Goten are finally getting some attention

exited for this!!!

I am very happy that the movie is doing very well globally but Sadly it failed where it mattered. In Japan. We already know Toei is ran by out of touch old dudes and so when they see Japan's pitiful numbers they won't even look globally. I feel this movie is already dead tbh


i have to disagree ...

i think it makes sense if the movie is doing less than Broly

Broly was focused on the 3 most popular characters and was released when all the fandom was hype with the Super anime

right now there is no anime, the movie is about Gohan and Piccolo and in CGI (a lot of fans dont like that)
so still ...

number 1 in the US......Dragon Ball stilll sells even with little promo and a movie that is not focused on Goku or Vegeta

i believe Fortnite helped too tbh

I think Toriyama just enjoys writting Goku's character more

Gohan had his moment, and it was nice
But to be honest I dont think the character is charismatic enough to carry the whole show

Goku has been the show since the beggining, and yes he was a kid with no parents but he also was not afraid of ...
