Yeah it's very likely since Toyotaro is his said successor already.

Does any of these official international releases on DVD/BD has Japanese dub with English subs? (for these rare OVAs)

I think Dragon Ball Super series needs to continue ASAP because most of our beloved Japanese Seiyuu's are sadly old people now.. :( Or they will be replaced with AI-powered voice of their own in the future? That's why Toei Animation is not in a hurry to continue the series because it doesn't matter ...
