Is there any info about who animated Episode 60 at all? It's one of my favorites in terms of appearances, coloring/shading, along with linework. I couldn't find any information about 60.

Depends on which version IMO. Manga? Probably. Their relationship was quite unstable. Anime? Probably not. They were practically joined at the hip together and were able to disagree respectfully
