In the UK, you can find the manga of Dragonball and Z here and there, and the horribly dubbed DBZ movie DVDs. There used to be a lot of toys around but i'm afraid they've left us too. Availability of DBZ Merchandise in the UK is very poor, especially in London.

The only possible thing they'll do is another OVA/Feature/Special/Movie in new digital animation, not sure about the episodes, they sorta done that with the Dragon Boxes, The Animation was Cleared and Remastered, there's not much else they can do with the episodes.
