You can't be fans of the original if you don't know about the one shown in your country. If you didn't like DBZ in the US, would you really go and look up the Japanese version? I also am an exception to your statement. I was a fan of the Japanese version, years before it arrived in the states. I wa...

I loved that episode where Dende went Super Saiyan and fought #19.

Regarding SFII Animated Movie, I couldn't disagree more with the fans of the English Dub. I saw the Japanese original on a fansub VHS tape years before it was released domestically. I though the music was amazing and fit the scenes wonderfully. As a 11-12 year old with a $5 a week allowance, I saved...

Wow, my lack of faith in Funimation has come back to bite me in the ass, very hard. I WANT these domestic Dragon Boxes. I realize just how little value the blue Draogn Box bootlegs are really worth in the grand scheme of things. Anybody interested in all 13 Funi DBZ movies (non steelbook), 2 DBZ TV ...

I never liked how people kept generating clothes out of nowhere. Goku generates his clothes for SSJ4 even though he's either a child or ozaru, as does Vegeta. Bebi generates his Tsufuru outfit that mostly disappears when he goes ozaru and then reappears again. Oob (Uub) gets his new outfit when he r...

I mean they would be worth the money to purchase. My bad. And like the said, I know the rips aren't perfect but even then I could tell they looked better overall compared to the blu-rays. I don't know the quality of the rips you were watching but I ones I saw were extremely HQ.

I own the old Funi dvds (non steel book) as well as some of the blu-ray releases, and it's my opinion that blu-ray is significantly better. But of course it's been stated many times before that the old Funi dvds are pretty much crap. Comparing the 2, the blu-ray is clearer, the colors are more accur...

For the longest time, I used the spelling of Go-kou as well. Back when I first got into Dragon Ball in 1994, me and my friends didn't have much of a reference for English spellings of the names. Our source was Bandai's Super Battle Collection toys and their English translation of the names. Bandai a...

Right on the money, Rocketman. Kaiohshin was the the most whiny, annoying pussy. His rightful place is doing commentary, many, many, planets away... or getting his ass kicked by Fatty Boo. That was freakin' hilarious.

Yeah, the GH version of Budokai 3 was suppose to include the extra costumes and the Japanese language track. But due to the incompetence at Atari/Funi (whoever was in charge), the first pressing went out without said bonuses.

Budokai 3 GH for the win. I remember I bought 3 different copies to get the correct one that actually included the Japanese language track.

Like everyone else is saying, the Sparking series didn't play very well and felt too cheap.

DBZ Sagas for the loss.
