They do when you have a tournament in which every member nominates two characters. It goes in rounds like the tenkaichi budokai and every character is at equal power. It got very interesting but we were never able to finish that.

Nah, I don't agree with that. Come on both Piccolo's and Slug together didn't get as tiring as someone like Buu. I guess it's all a matter of opinion (and in some cases sheep) but I really like movie 4.

I've always loved it mainly because of the violence. You forgot to mention Piccolo ripping his own ears off and Goku punching through Slug. The fact that it takes place in the dark along with all this violence makes it really cool, in my opinion.
