I love Kai so far, I love how we are just breezing through all of the best parts so quickly, with most of the bs taken out, and I love the new opening animation and bgm too.

Not as cheap and limited as the move ranges in Budokai Tenkaichi are. The rush attacks are hard to dodge, there's no way to break out of it like there is in Budokai 3.

I bought Budokai 3 Greatest Hits and it does have a Japanese Voice Option along with Animated Menu's and the extra costumes. Maybe some copies were just repackaged but some were just as they said they would be?
