Yeah, I mean, if you want to get technical, but the textbook definition rarely identifies the proper usage of a word with accuracy. "Intercourse" can refer to discourse between people, but nobody uses it in that way.

I seem to recall that a more proper translation of "kanzentai" is actually "complete", rather than "perfect", and I think that makes a whole lot more sense. "Semi-Complete Cell" makes more sense than "Semi-Perfect Cell" to me.

Of course, that completely undermines the joke. :P
