Re: Are most people Hesitant to get into Dragon Ball because

I think there are a lot of factors as to why people don't feel like getting in to Dragon Ball. Length is certainly a cause, but then again why do people bother getting into One Piece, Naruto, Bleach (etc.) when they have more episodes? I think that there is a generation gap between the Dragon Ball f...

He let Freeza repeatedly transform on Namek despite knowing he'd be pretty outclassed, he let Cell transform into his Perfect form just to test himself and he was cocky enough to again think he'd be able to defeat Buu without anyone elses help. Vegeta being smart about his engagements ended when th...

Is the audio in this video stereo? (Dragon Ball Z Movie 8)

If so where is the audio from? Did the Dragon Box: The Movies have the audio masters for the movies?

Help! Adding Subtitles to Blu-Ray Titles?!

Hi all, Usually my posts on this forum are in regards to backing up DVDs and Blu Rays and this time is no different.. heh. So I'm starting to come around to backing up the Dragon Ball Kai Blu-rays I purchased a while back. Lately I've been backing up my Dragon Boxes using Handbrake, and separating e...

I actually made a video just now from DBZ ep. 288 just now! It's nothing compared to the one you posted but I had a little fun with making this!

Best way to view Dragon Ball (and anime in general...)

Which video player is the best way to view Dragon Ball, in terms of video quality? Right now i use VLC, but I've read somewhere that it sorta takes away from the video, especially when viewing DVDs like the Dragon Boxes.

Best Way to Back-Up Dragon Boxes?

As of right now, I have not backed up any of my Dragon Boxes on to anything. My question is what and how is the best way to back them up on my computer? Specific software? And the best way to retain the quality of the video?

Re: FUNimation's Dragon Boxes have indeed been discontinued

With the FUNimation version, you'll have to select a start and end chapter since all the episodes are in one title, unlike the Japanese version which has both. But it should typically be every five chapters. Whoa thanks! I actually got it to work, but are there some instances where an episode would...

When using handbrake to get the discs on your hard drive, how would you split the video into each episode?

Yes. Especially late in the series when you can get Nozawa talking to Nozawa with Nozawa chiming in and then Nozawa punches Nozawa and Nozawa and we get Nozawa and Nozawa screaming while Nozawa Nozawa Nozawa Nozawa Nozawa Nozawa Nozawa Nozawa Nozawa. bwaaaak Yep, thank God FUNi's dub avoids having ...

Re: Dragon Box Vs. Dragon Ball Z Level 1.1

I don't see a problem with the video quality when up-scaled. Actually it looks pretty good to me. I just want to know how they compare with the new Blu-Ray release. Lets just put it this way. Whenever I watch my Dragon Boxes on my blu-ray player, it looks worse than VLC. When I watch them on VLC, t...

Dragon Box Vs. Dragon Ball Z Level 1.1

So for some time I've read that the Dragon Boxes have been the definitive release for Dragon Ball Z. The video quality was said to be the best it could possibly be, along with the Next Episode Previews, Japanese Title Cards, etc. However, now that the new Blu-Ray release has come out, I've been read...

So this means that in the first episode of GT, Pan is going on dates and she's only 9-10 years old....... Pan's supposedly 10.And her going on dates at that age isn't that bad (happens in real life all the time, believe it or not). Certainly not worse than Bra getting hit on by adults when she is e...

Time Gap

Does anyone know how much time has passed between the defeat of Pure Boo and the end of Dragon Ball Z? And the time between Z and the start of GT?
